Alaska – Hawaii: We try to ship using USPS. The shipping cost reflected in the shipping cart are not correct for this area. We will contact you via email or telephone prior to completing your order.

APO / FPO: We use USPS Priority only for these locations. The shipping cost reflected in the shipping cart are not correct for this area. We will contact you via email or telephone prior to completing your order.

International: We use USPS Priority to ship international. We will contact you about shipping costs because every location is different.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped from Arizona.

Tires
All tires and wheels will be shipped ground only An additional $5 fee will added for each tire ordered.

Oversized Or Overweight
Shipping costs are not reflected in the shipping price as shown in the shopping cart. All oversized/overweight shipments will have the shipping calculated manually. You will be contacted via email or telephone prior to our completing your order with regard to any shipping price differences.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Shipping charges for expedited shipping will be calculated manually and are not reflected in the shipping price as shown in the shopping cart. If you have any questions or special instructions for your order, please email us at info@ride.net.

Returns
We will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding closeouts and special orders) returned within 25 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. We sell new parts and cannot accept return items that have been installed. Please ship all items in a shipping box or envelope, do not use the product packaging as a shipping container.

All returns must be authorized by Ride.NET, Inc. within 25 days of the invoice date. A return authorization number is required for any return. Obtain a RA by emailing Ride.NET at info@ride.net. Please write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box. All returns without prior authorized by Ride.NET, Inc. will be refused and returned to sender.

Within twenty five (25) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 25 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items returned for credit. Special orders, including year, make, and model specific items will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

Cancellations
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all processed orders upon cancellation. Please call toll-free 1-866-monkey1 (666-5391) if you wish to cancel an order.
